ERIE, Pa. (Oct. 26) – After allowing a pair of first-half goals, the California (PA) women's soccer team fell by a 2-1 count at No. 7 Gannon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action on Saturday afternoon.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (3-10-2, 2-8-1) have now lost seven-straight road games in the series against the Golden Knights dating back to 2014.
• Gannon took a 1-0 lead in the eighth minute on its initial shot on goal on Saturday.
• The Golden Knights stretched the advantage at the 31:03-mark and took a 2-0 lead at the break after attempting 10 shots.

Emily Ouimet registered a season-high eight saves while facing 26 shots.
• She became only the fourth goalie in school history, and the first since Eric Cook (2006-08), to total at least 350 career saves.
• Gannon finished the game with a 26-2 shot advantage and posted a 7-0 edge in corner kicks.
