CALIFORNIA (Jan. 10) – Led by a pair of double-doubles, the No. 13 Vulcans captured a 77-64 victory over Seton Hill on Wednesday night in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play at the Convocation Center.

• The Griffins scored seven-straight points early in the first half to take a 15-8 lead at the 14:42-mark.
• Cal then countered with seven-consecutive points to tie the score at 15-15 with 13:08 left before halftime.
• The Vulcans later posted a 12-2 run over five minutes to take a 31-25 advantage with 3:08 remaining in the first half.
• Cal held a 36-31 lead at halftime after shooting nearly 52 percent from the floor.
• The Vulcans seized control of the game with a 16-1 rally in the early portion of the second half to take a 52-34 lead at the 13:37-mark.
• Seton Hill went six-plus minutes without a field goal before a 13-2 run cut the deficit to 54-47 with 9:54 left to play.
• Cal stretched the lead to double-digits multiple times before closing the game on a 12-6 rally over the final four minutes.
• The Vulcans held a plus-10 rebounding advantage (45-35) while posting their second-highest total of the year.
• Seton Hill was limited to 25.0 percent (7-of-28) from beyond the arc after ranking second in the PSAC in three-pointers per game.
