JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (Oct. 14) – The Vulcans closed out the first round of league play on Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 loss (25-15, 25-15, 25-21) at Pitt-Johnstown in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action.

• The California (PA) volleyball team falls to 6-9 this season behind a 1-7 record against league opponents.
• The Mountain Cats improve to 14-6 overall with a 5-3 mark in PSAC West play.

Sarah Stephenson led the team with seven kills on 16 attempts for a .312 hitting percentage.
