• The Vulcans and Marauders are meeting for the fifth time in the last decade after previously only playing once from 1988-2011 (2006). Cal U has scored at least 45 points in three of the last four meetings.
• A former longtime assistant coach at Shippensburg,
J.C. Morgan is in his fourth season as head coach at Millersville. He led the Marauders to consecutive two-wins seasons before the 2020 campaign was canceled. Morgan previously spent 13 years as an assistant at Shippensburg, spending his last three seasons as the offensive coordinator.
• Millersville was tabbed to finish seventh in the preseason PSAC East poll after returning 10 starters from the 2019 campaign. The Marauders are headlined defensively by sophomore linebacker
Isaiah Onuschak, who was an All-PSAC East Second-Team honoree in 2019 after finishing second in the league with 111 tackles. He paces the team this fall with 23 stops, including a career-high 16 tackles last week at Clarion. Senior linebacker
Christian Martir also eclipsed the century mark in tackles in 2019 and is tied for second on the team with 15 stops this season, plus paces the team with 3.5 TFL. Junior defensive back
Tyler Patron-Penn was an All-PSAC East selection in 2019 after beginning his college career at Glenville State. Offensively, Millersville ranks next-to-last in the PSAC in both total offense and rushing offense while utilizing three different quarterbacks in two games. Freshman quarterback
Jared Jenkins finished with 107 passing yards and 50 rushing yards on 15 attempts with two passing touchdowns last week at Clarion. Junior
Mekhi Alexander leads the team with 11 receptions and 87 receiving yards, while six other players have made multiple catches this season. The Marauders are only averaging 75.0 rushing yards per game with no player on the roster totaling over 60 yards this season. On special teams, sophomore punter

Cal U leads the PSAC and ranks eighth in the country in scoring defense this year at just 7.0 points per game. A first-year starter, he tallied six tackles (three solo), 1.0 TFL and one fumble recovery in the shutout victory over Lock Haven last week. Josh Miller is a freshman linebacker at Cal U this fall.
• Junior

• Cal U leads the PSAC and ranks among the top 15 in the country this season in passing defense, allowing just 107.5 yards per game.
