CALIFORNIA (Sept. 9) – California University of Pennsylvania will host a virtual memorial for Jamain Stephens, who passed away earlier this week. The memorial is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10, at 6:30 p.m.

Members of the Cal U community are welcome to gather on Zoom to honor Jamain, a business administration major and a senior on the football team.

The event is open to all Cal U faculty, staff and students, including Cal U student-athletes, who have been separated from their teammates due to athletic events and in-person practices having been canceled since March 2020.

Because the University is operating remotely, the virtual gathering will be an opportunity for the Cal U family to meet safely to reflect and remember the late Jamain Stephens.
