Cal U scores most points in recent PSAC history; Vulcans finish without a three-point attempt

INSTITUTE, W.Va. (Nov. 16) – Four players scored at least 20 points on Wednesday night, as the No. 8 California University of Pennsylvania women's basketball team posted a 114-83 win over West Virginia State in non-conference play.
