BLOOMSBURG, Pa. (Jan. 4) – Facing a nationally-ranked opponent for the third time this season, the No. 23 California University of Pennsylvania women's basketball suffered a 68-56 loss at No. 17 Bloomsburg on Sunday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover action.

With the loss, the Vulcans fall to 11-2 overall and 8-1 in league play. Cal U previously was on a seven-game unbeaten streak and was one of only two teams in the PSAC West to remain undefeated in conference action. Meanwhile, Bloomsburg improves to 9-2 this season behind a 7-1 mark in league play.

Sophomore guard Miki Glenn (Bridgeport, W.Va./Bridgeport) led all players with 22 points, including 15 points in the first half. She made 7-of-16 attempts from the floor and converted six-of-seven from the free-throw line against the Huskies.
