LAST TIME OUT
• Senior guard Paige Alviani banked in a half-court shot as time expired to give Seton Hill a 72-69 win over Cal U on Wednesday.
• Junior forward Emma Mahady tied her career high with 23 points, including a game-tying runner in the lane with five seconds left.
• The Griffins held a 46-28 advantage in points in the paint, mostly from senior Katie Gattuso, who led the team with 21 points.

CAL U STORYLINES
• The Vulcans remained in seventh place in the latest NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Rankings. Of the 10 teams in the rankings, Cal U was the only one of the four teams to suffer a loss on Wednesday.
• Cal U did not have a player finish in the top-10 of scoring in the PSAC for the first time since 2001. Mahady leads the team and ranks 24th in the league in scoring at 12.8 points per game.
• Freshman Miki Glenn, a four-time PSAC-West Freshman of the Week, ranks fourth among league freshmen in scoring and second in the PSAC West.
• The Vulcans are searching for their first conference crown since 2006. Cal U has made it to the PSAC Championship five times in the last seven years, losing each time.

THE OPPONENT
• Seton Hill had lost six in a row, and eight out of nine, prior to the last-second win over Cal U on Wednesday.
• The Griffins are 4-8 this season on the road, including a 1-7 mark against PSAC West opponents.
• Senior Katie Gattuso is one of two players in the PSAC to average a double-double this season, ranking fifth in points and second in rebounds.
• Seton Hill is one of three teams in the PSAC with two players ranked among the top-10 in scoring. Gattuso and senior Paige Alviani each average over 16 points per game.
• Four players rank in the top-25 of the conference in minutes played for the Griffins compared to the Vulcans who have two in the top-50.

SERIES HISTORY
• Cal U has claimed five of the seven meetings with Seton Hill over the last six years.
• The Vulcans have won both meetings at home, including a 78-70 victory this year.
• In the meeting on Jan. 25, each team had a played register a double-double. Cal U senior Ashley Hines posted totals of 12 points and 12 rebounds, while Gattuso led Seton Hill with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
