MANSFIELD, Pa. (Oct. 22) – The California University of Pennsylvania women's soccer team extended its unbeaten streak to eight games with a 1-0 victory at Mansfield on Wednesday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.

With the win, the Vulcans improve to 11-2-2 overall behind a 10-2-1 mark in league play. Cal U has now registered shutouts three times in its last four games. Meanwhile, the Mountaineers fall to 3-11-1 this season with a 2-11-1 record in conference action.

Mansfield nearly tied the game less than a minute later when a shot hit off the crossbar.
