CALIFORNIA, Pa. (Oct. 15) - Senior Breeanna Robinson (East Hampstead, N.H. /Pinkerton Academy) tallied two goals to help guide the No. 4 Vulcans to a 3-0 win over Clarion on Saturday evening at the new Soccer Facility in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.

With the victory, Cal U improves to 11-0-2 overall behind an 8-0-2 mark in conference play. Meanwhile, Clarion drops to 4-9-2 this season with a 2-8-2 record in league action.

Less than three minutes later, junior Carley Work (Hopewell, Pa./Hopewell) was fouled inside the box setting up a penalty kick. Senior Kristen Orrett (Pickering, Ontario/Pickering) converted the penalty kick for her fifth goal of the year and increased the Vulcans' lead to 2-0.

Cal U also started the second period with a quick score, as Robinson netted her 12th goal of the season off an assist from freshman Erin Hogan (Beaver, Pa./Beaver) just 41 seconds into the period.

Senior goalkeeper Paula Jackson (Kingston, Jamaica/Wolmer's Trust) made three saves in 90 minutes of actions to earn her 10th win of the season. Clarion goalkeeper Laura Saussol made 14 saves in the losing effort.
