CALIFORNIA (Sept. 21) – The Vulcans extended their home winning streak to 32 matches on Tuesday night, claiming a 3-0 victory (25-19, 25-18, 25-18) against Alderson-Broaddus.
The California University of Pennsylvania volleyball team earned its fifth-straight win after starting the year at 2-6. Meanwhile, Alderson-Broaddus drops to 6-7.

Kortney Eshleman (Greencastle, Pa./Greencastle) nearly posted her second double-double of the season, finishing with 24 assists and nine digs.

Julie Paronish (Hastings, Pa./Northern Cambria) and junior
Sara McMullen (State College, Pa./State College) paced the team with eight digs each, while McMullen also collected three service aces against the Battlers.
The Vulcans return to conference play with a pair of road matches this weekend, beginning on Friday, Sept. 24, versus Clarion at 7 p.m.
