MILLERSVILLE, Pa. (Oct. 4) – The California University of Pennsylvania men's soccer team rallied to tie the score a 2-2 on Saturday before losing to No. 17 Millersville University when the Marauders scored the eventual game-winning goal in the 83rd minute.
With the loss, the Vulcans fall to 6-4-2 overall, while the Marauders move to 9-2 after winning three of their last four games.

Mike Luecke (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) scored his 10th goal of the season (31st of his career) on a breakaway off an assist from senior
Shakir McCoy (Huber Heights, Ohio/Tecumseh/Wayne). Millersville then evened the contest at the 33:37-mark off a goal by freshman Dan Prian. Less than four minutes later, the Marauders claimed a 2-1 first-half lead off a rebound goal by freshman Pat Baffuto in the 37th minute.
McCoy evened the contest for the Vulcans at the 71:26-mark with a goal off an assist from
Drake Dorm (York, Pa./Central York). Millersville, who is ranked No. 17 in the nation in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/adidas National Poll, scored the game-winning goal late in the 83rd minute when senior Ryan Kiley scored his fifth goal of the year.

Charlie Dagnal (Carnegie, Pa./Carlynton) made two saves on nine shot attempts in his first start of the season.
Millersville held a slim 9-7 edge in shots, while holding a distinct 7-1 advantage in corner kicks.
The Vulcans return to divisional play on Wednesday, Oct. 8, when they play Mercyhurst College at 4 p.m. in Erie, Pa.
