Wild Things Park
Sport: Baseball
Located in nearby Washington, Pennsylvania, Wild Things Park (formerly CONSOL Energy Park) has been the primary home for the baseball team since 2003. The facility also serves as the home park for the Washington Wild Things, which is an independent professional team in the Frontier League.
Â
Wild Things Park is one of the rare all-turf fields in Pennsylvania, as even the pitching mound, infield and warning track are all comprised of a turf surface. The installation of the ProGrass artificial surface was completed in spring of 2011.
Â
There is a seating capacity of 3,200 at Wild Things Park with chairback seating available behind the backstop and down the first- and third-base lines. The parking lot stretches completely around the outfield.
Â
In addition to Wild Things Park, Cal also features an on-campus practice field as part of Roadman Park.
