Lauren Morgan enters her first year as the head coach at Cal U during the 2017-18 season.
Morgan features over 20 years of coaching experience, as both an assistant and head coach at Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) in New Jersey. She helped the Roadrunners achieve national recognition within the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). Rowan won three-consecutive NJCAA National Championships from 2012-14 and has captured seven NJCAA Region Championships since 2002.
In addition to coaching, Morgan was a full-time faculty member at RCGC and served in the Health, Physical Education & Recreation department for two decades with an academic specialty in nutrition and wellness.
