Mitchell tied his career high with three touchdown passes on Friday night, as Cal U opened the season with a 59-13 victory at Saint Anselm (N.H.). He finished with 239 passing yards on 15-of-27 attempts with no interceptions. Mitchell helped direct the offense to points on six of his nine drives.
