Weisman averaged 3.80 kills per set over the weekend, as the Vulcans opened the season with three matches in Ohio at the Findlay Classic. She finished with 38 total kills on 130 attacks over 10 sets. Weiseman started play on Friday with nine kills and nine digs in a 3-0 loss against the host Oilers. The Ohio native later posted 15 kills on a .325 attack percentage and seven digs in a 3-0 loss against Ashland (OH) on Friday. Weiseman closed the weekend with 14 kills, two service aces and four digs on Saturday in a 3-1 loss against Davenport (MI).
