Etienne broke two school records and reached NCAA provisional marks in both the triple jump and long jump, as the Vulcans opened the outdoor season by hosting the Early Bird Invitational on Saturday. Etienne won the long lump with a distance of 5.94 meters (19-6.0 feet) to eclipse the previous school record held since 2013. The 5-foot-5 senior also posted a mark of 12.16 meters (39-10.75 feet) while winning the triple jump, surpassing the previous school-best mark set at the 2018 PSAC Championships.
