Perozzi established a personal record in the 1-mile run while reaching the conference-qualifying standard in the event at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational over the weekend. She crossed the finish line with a time of 5 minutes, 17.49 seconds while in Virginia to mark over a 2.5 second improvement off her previous personal best.
