Thrush set a personal record and reached the NCAA provisional mark in the 10,000-meter run while competing at the Penn Relays over the weekend. He placed 12th overall with a time of 30 minutes, 2.81 seconds to improve his league-leading mark in the event this spring by nearly 25 seconds. Additionally, Thrush trimmed over 5.6 seconds off his personal best in the 10,000 meters set at last year’s Penn Relays.
