Bernarding placed 10th overall at the PSAC Championships on Saturday while helping the Vulcans post back-to-back top-five finishes in the team standings for the first time in nearly a decade. He finished with a time of 26 minutes, 46.8 seconds while at Bloomsburg after being the overall leader at the three-kilometer marker. Bernarding garnered All-PSAC First-Team status for the first time in his career after previously being a three-time All-PSAC Second-Team honoree with his best finish being 19th overall in 2021.
