Anderson earned her first career individual title on Saturday, as she won the Carnegie Mellon Invitational at Schenley Park by 1.7 seconds. She crossed the finish line with a time of 18 minutes, 36.1 seconds while competing in a field of over 75 runners. Anderson, who ran an average pace of 5:59 per mile, captured the first individual win for the Vulcans since the 2018 regional championships.
