Franklin registered the fastest time in the country this spring in the 200-meter dash at the WVU Last Chance on Saturday. She crossed the finish line in a staggering 22.92 seconds to shatter her all-time PSAC record set three weeks ago by 0.21 seconds. Franklin posted the fastest outdoor time by a NCAA Division II entry since the 2013 NCAA Championships, plus is tied for the fifth-best all-mark in NCAA Division II history. The Philadelphia native boasts the fastest time in the nation this season by an impressive 0.13 seconds.
