Pfister broke the indoor school record in the high jump and reached the NCAA provisional mark on Friday while at the Penn State Tune Up. He won the event for the second time this year after clearing a mark of 2.10 meters (6-10.75 feet) on his final attempt at the height. Pfister previously tied the school record at the height of 2.05 meters (6-8.75) while at the 2022 PSAC Championships. The 6-foot-2 sophomore sits first in the high jump on the league’s performance list and is one of two entries in the PSAC to clear the NCAA qualifying standard this winter.
