Tobey posted a season-high 11 tackles and registered a career-high 2.5 sacks, including a pair of strip sacks, as the Vulcans closed the season with a 31-7 victory against East Stroudsburg on Saturday. He helped anchor a defense that allowed only 187 yards of total offense, including just a combined 79 yards over the final eight drives. In the final minute of the first quarter on Saturday, Tobey recorded a strip sack and Cal returned the turnover 72 yards for a touchdown.
