Foster earned the first complete-game victory of his career in Game 2 on Friday afternoon, as the Vulcans split a PSAC West doubleheader against Gannon. He allowed one run (earned) on four hits and one hit by pitch in 7.0 innings (69 pitches) while tallying four strikeouts and issuing zero walks. Foster allowed a solo homer in the top of the second and induced 11 ground-outs, as Cal U trailed 1-0 until scoring eight runs in the sixth inning.
