Thrush finished seventh overall, and tops among freshmen, in a field of over 120 runners at the PSAC Championships on Saturday. He posted a time of 15 minutes, 37.1 seconds while competing on the five-kilometer course to earn All-PSAC First-Team honors. Thrush also registered the program’s best individual finish at the league meet since 2014.
