Jeff Hoffman, a 2003 Cal graduate and two-year starting keeper for the men’s soccer team, enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Vulcans. He will also contribute to the men’s soccer team, primarily with the goalkeepers.
Originally from Canonsburg, Pa., Hoffman earned his bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology and is pursuing a master’s degree in Regional Planning. He led the 2001 Vulcans to the PSAC championship match.
Hoffman began his coaching career in the South Fayette Township youth league, and was the head coach for the California Middle School in 2003. He is also an assistant coach for the U15 Victory girls team.
