Moore is responsible for working with Cal U pitchers and outfielders.

While at W&J, Moore elevated the Presidents from a last-place team in the conference to a league title in just four seasons. After a combined 19 wins in her first two seasons, she guided W&J to a 21-win season in 2005. The following season, the Presidents claimed the conference crown with a 25-15 mark, including an appearance in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship. She finished her W&J tenure in 2007 following a 19-15 season and another selection to the ECAC Championship.

Prior to her stint with the Presidents, Moore began her coaching career as an assistant at West Virginia Wesleyan. While with the Bobcats, she worked with the pitchers and outfielders and West Virginia Wesleyan made a pair of NCAA Division II Tournament appearances.

A 2000 graduate of Robert Morris, Moore was a standout as a pitcher/outfielder on the diamond for the Division I Colonials. She finished her collegiate career among the all-time school leaders with a .315 batting average, 39 wins, 2.92 earned run average, 510.1 innings pitched and 59 complete games.

She completed her undergraduate degree from RMU in long-term health care management before earning her master’s degree from West Virginia Wesleyan in business administration.

Moore and her husband Chad reside in Canonsburg, Pa., with their son, Colin.
