In 2018, Fiasco helped lead the Bison to a winning record after the program won a combined five games the previous two seasons. Bethany led the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) in scoring defense, rushing defense, total defense, red-zone defense and turnovers forced. As a senior, Fiasco earned All-PAC First-Team honors after leading the team with 84 tackles (62 solo) and also recorded 5.5 TFL, 3.0 sacks, five force fumbles and two fumble recoveries. He paced the league and tied for third in the country in forced fumbles, while his 62 solo tackles were most in the conference.

Fiasco started his playing career at Bethany as a running back and return specialist in 2015 and shifted to linebacker as a junior after suffering a season-ending injury early in the 2016 campaign. In his first year on defense, he received All-PAC Second-Team status after ranking second on the team with 86 tackles (49 solo) and 11.0 TFL, plus tallied 3.0 sacks and two forced fumbles. Fiasco tied for the PAC lead with 8.6 tackles per game, while also ranking among the top 10 in the league in TFL.

A native of Wilmerding, Pennsylvania, Fiasco accounted for three offensive touchdowns as a senior despite starring on defense. He scored a pair of rushing touchdowns, plus threw a touchdown pass. Fiasco also had the opportunity to play with his younger brother, Anthony, while with the Bison.

Fiasco played scholastically at Penn-Trafford and earned all-conference honors as a senior as the team went undefeated in section play. He also was a standout wrestling for the Warriors, placing fifth at the district championships as a senior.

Following his playing career, Fiasco returned to Bethany as a volunteer coach and assisted with the defensive line and linebackers in 2019. Defensive linemen Daniel Gibson and Chas Blango both received All-PAC laurels after combining for 26.5 TFL and 15.5 sacks with Blango leading the league with 1.05 sacks per game.

Fiasco then served a volunteer coach at Penn-Trafford in 2020 and worked with the linebackers and special teams.

He currently resides in Delmont, Pennsylvania.
