Overnight campus event attendees will be
REQUIRED to show
ONE of the following:
- Proof of being fully vaccinated (a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival)
- A negative COVID-19 test (within 72 hours of event start)
- Proof of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within the last three months and symptom-free for at least 10 days prior to arrival.
** NOTE: No onsite COVID-19 testing will be available **
- If campus event attendees are sick they should not come onto campus. These symptoms include: fever or chills, cough or sore throat, congestion or runny nose, headache, fatigue or muscle/body aches, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting.
- Campus event attendees should maintain at least six feet of social distancing when possible.
- All campus event attendees are encouraged to wear masks whenever social distancing is not possible.
- Campus event attendees should not eat lunch or take breaks together/in the same area if six feet of social distancing cannot be maintained at all times.
- Campus event attendees are encouraged to wash hands often for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching their face.
- Overnight occupancy will be limited to one attendee per residence hall room.
- Campus event attendees should not share equipment, personal items or other physical objects. If absolutely necessary, these items should be cleaned before being shared.
This policy is subject to change based on the spread of COVID-19 in the community, as well as with changing guidelines from local, state and federal governments.
