The single-season and all-time home run leader in school history, Lindsay Reicoff was a dominant presence at first base for the California softball team from 2013–16. A two-time NFCA All-American and four-time All-PSAC West First-Team selection, she played a pivotal role in leading the Vulcans to back-to-back PSAC Championships and a return to the NCAA National Championships.

Reicoff earned NFCA and Daktronics Second-Team All-America honors as a freshman in 2013 while being named the Daktronics Atlantic Region Player of the Year. The PSAC West Freshman of the Year, she led the team with a .401 batting average and 44 RBI, while her 13 home runs set a freshman school record and ranked among the top single-season totals in program history.  Reicoff finished fifth in the PSAC in both average and homers, while also ranking among the league leaders in slugging percentage and on-base percentage. The Vulcans finished 38-6 overall and lost the PSAC Championship in extra innings. As a sophomore, Reicoff continued to anchor the middle of the lineup, as she led the team with 10 home runs and 39 RBI while again earning NFCA and D2CCA first-team all-region and All-PSAC West First-Team accolades. Her home run total ranked among the top five in the conference, as Cal posted a perfect 23-0 record in PSAC West play and captured its first PSAC Championship since 2000. In the tournament, Reicoff delivered one of the defining moments of her career with a walk-off, two-run home run against Shippensburg to force a winner-take-all game against the Raiders.

A native of Pittsburgh, Reicoff elevated her performance to another level as a junior. She earned NFCA Third-Team All-America and Daktronics Second-Team All-America laurels. She set a single-season school record with 19 home runs while hitting .392 with 52 runs scored and 56 RBI. Reicoff led the PSAC in home runs, RBI, slugging percentage and on-base percentage, while her home run total ranked among the top 10 in NCAA Division II. The Vulcans repeated as PSAC Champions after winning five-consecutive elimination games before advancing through the NCAA Regionals with three-straight elimination victories. The Vulcans went on to sweep the NCAA Super Regionals and advance to the NCAA National Championships for the first time since 1999. In Oklahoma City, Cal earned a pair of one-run victories while facing elimination before finishing the year with a 43-13 overall record.

As a senior, Reicoff again led the team in home runs and earned All-PSAC West First-Team and D2CCA Second-Team All-Region recognition. California finished 38-6 overall and returned the PSAC Championship for a fourth-consecutive year.

Reicoff sits as the all-time school leader with 51 home runs, while also ranking among the top five with 165 RBI and 164 runs scored. She closed her career with a .365 average after collecting 205 hits.

Reicoff earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration in pre-medicine and a minor in chemistry in 2016. She is one of two softball players from the back-to-back PSAC Championship teams to be inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame this year.
