RJ Thomas (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) for a 10-yard touchdown early in the second quarter. The Vulcans took a 17-0 lead at halftime after sophomore kicker
Cody Nuzzo (Bradford, Pa./Bradford) made a 23-yard field goal with 1:47 left in the second quarter.
The Vulcans successfully converted an onside kick on the opening kickoff of the second half with the possession leading to a 30-yard field goal by Nuzzo, 20-0. Sophomore
Terrell Roberson (Pittsburgh, Pa./Penn Hills) recorded an interception on the ensuing Lock Have drive and Cal U converted the turnover into a 25-yard field goal by Nuzzo with 5:42 left in the third quarter. The Vulcans posted their final score of the game early in the fourth quarter with a six-yard touchdown pass from Schroeder to junior wide receiver
Mike Williams (Hershey, Pa./Milton Hershey), 27-0.
Lock Haven then moved into Cal U territory for only the second time in the game before turning the ball over downs following a fourth-down sack by redshirt freshman defensive back
Derrick Fiore (Monongahela, Pa./Ringgold). The Vulcans later halted a Bald Eagles' drive with an interception by junior defensive back
Sharadi Mudimbi (Tacoma Park, Md./John F. Kennedy).
Junior linebacker
Brian Justice (Cape Coral, Fla./Cape Coral) led the team with five tackles (three solo) and senior linebacker
